I began practicing yoga in 1999. Initially inspired by the benefits that helped my scoliosis after yoga practice, I uncovered another benefit – holistic stability within my body AND mind!
Beginning with Hatha yoga, my curiosity about yoga led me to discover many inspiring teachers from different lineages. From Iynegar, to Ashtanga, to Vinyasa and Bikram – I deepened my practice before I undertook teacher training in Vinyasa Flow Yogas in 2015.
I have been happily teaching ever since, and enjoy sharing my passion and love of yoga with everyone! I feel so lucky to have been touched by the healing results of yoga in my own life both physically and emotionally and look forward to a lifelong journey of study and practice.
