We’ve combined the excitement of all three of our favourite classes! Tabata Flow & Release offers you a high intensity, interval style training class combined with some cathartic yoga flow followed with some deep stretches and release techniques.

Tabata kicks off the class with 20 seconds ‘ON’ 10 seconds ‘OFF’ exercise intervals to challenge not only your aerobic but anaerobic capacity – lifting your heart rate and demanding more from your body’s systems, providing increased respiration, circulation and more capacity for strength building. After 30 minutes we switch gears and connect with our inner yogi – with some beautifully sequenced vinyasa flow coaxing our bodies to explore new movement patterns and experience freedom in the flow! Concluding on the mat with myofascial release techniques and great stretches to open you up for the day…
