“Yoga is a valuable tool for everyone to help find balance and calmness in their lives”
My journey began in the 90’s, starting out in the fitness industry, across many areas, which evolved over the years to the place where I am now. Today teaching Yoga and as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I am truely honoured to connect with so many different people with many different backgrounds and needs. I enjoy building connections with the yoga community, and love helping people find their personal strengths to overcome weaknesses, find true enjoyment, and the many benefits provided by a power yoga practice.
I am honoured to watch so many people who start out stressed and overworked, and witness yoga provide them with a platform, which gives them balance that calms down their central nervous system. Personally, yoga practice also keeps me calm, centred and helps manage my anxiety, that can sneak up, from time to time. Yoga practice is a pleasure and an honour to share with others and is always one of the highlights of my week!
