"Yoga has taught me to be grounded..."

As a long time physical movement enthusiast (mostly netball, running and endurance events), I was drawn to yoga to stretch my body out and compliment my high intensity training. But it wasn’t long before I discovered the true nature of yoga and began to love it for so much more than the physical benefits (although I still love these too!!).

Exploring the yogic philosophy was an absolute and enduring game changer for me – it totally transformed my perspective on my life and my world. Yoga has taught me to be grounded, present, content and compassionate. I hope to share this with my students on the mat, so they too can experience it seep into their everyday world.
